Effective October 1st, 2024, our standard pricing will be updated.
However, as an existing Beany customer, your current pricing plan will remain in effect until your next package renewal date.
Example: If you began your Beany package in June 2024 and have made 4 out of 12 monthly payments, the new pricing won't affect you until June 2025, when your package is up for renewal.

New packages:
We would also like to introduce new packages for trading and non-trading trusts. From 1 Oct 2024, businesses operating under a trust structure will need to be on a separate package due to the additional services offered. Under this package, we will also provide tax planning advice and prepare year-end distribution minutes based on our review at the end of each financial year.
We have also introduced add-on services, in addition to the packages offered above. For example, if you have a rental property, managed fund investments or cryptocurrency investments, these add-on services can be purchased for us to take care of them for you, as they may not be covered under your current Beany package. More details can be found below.

ASIC agent services:
If you currently have a Beany package, our ASIC agent costs have been included in your package, which offers the following benefits:
- ASIC Statement: We help you get your ASIC Statement directly from ASIC once a year.
- Solvency Resolution Preparation: Our team reviews the relevant details and assists in the preparation of Solvency Resolutions as required.
- Yearly Update: We offer one complimentary update per year for changing basic company details e.g. your registered business address, director/secretary address, or shareholder address on the ASIC register.
Please note that any significant changes may incur separate ASIC fees, which will be forwarded to you directly for payment. Additionally, there is an annual company review fee charged by ASIC, which is payable directly to them on the anniversary of your company's incorporation; this is not included under your Beany package.

How do I find out when my package renews?
To access your renewal date, follow these steps:
- Log into your Beany account and click the "You" tab.
- This will display all the entities and personal records associated with your Beany account.
- Select the name of your business, and you will be directed to a page showcasing your renewal date.
