There are different options to choose from, depending on your business needs.
Xero Cashbook
This plan allows you to keep track of all your business transactions, reconcile your bank account, and prepare reports such as profit and loss, cashflows or balance sheets. If you're just starting out, don't need to send invoices and aren't GST-registered, we recommend this plan.
Xero Ignite
This plan is for businesses that need to create and send up to 20 invoices a month and have limited creditor bills (up to 5). It also includes payroll for 1 person.
Xero Grow
This plan allows you to send unlimited invoices and enter unlimited creditor bills. It also includes payroll for 2 people. You can also claim expenses and mileage for 1 user.
Xero Comprehensive
This plan has all the features of Grow, and in addition provides payroll for up to 5 people, claim expenses/mileage for 5 users, and the ability to transact in multiple currencies.
Xero Ultimate 10
This plan has all the features of Comprehensive, plus payroll for 10 people (with the option to expand it to more for an additional cost), claim expenses/mileage for 10 users, and additional analysis functionality.
