This is super easy! You can save useful bits and pieces in Beany such as insurance documents, bank statements, and send us withholding tax certificates or *.csv files.
Here's how to make sure we can access those documents and files:
- Log on to your Beany page
- Go to 'Annual Accounts' at the top of the page
- Click into the questionnaire for the relevant tax year - at the bottom of the screen, there's a space for you to add notes and documents
Alternatively, send the files to our Support team and they'll make sure your accountant can access them.
