Accounting packages
Main packages
- Economy($245/month): For businesses with a turnover up to $1mil. Annual financial statements, income tax returns for 1 entity, and 2 personal returns.
- Premium ($399/month): For businesses with a turnover of up to $3mil. Everything in economy, plus BAS, 2hrs monthly bookkeeping, and quarterly management reports & accountant meetings.
- Business (from $749/month): Everything in economy plus BAS, FBT returns, annual budget, annual 4-way forecast, and monthly management reports & accountant meetings.
Secondary packages
(Only available for clients with an Economy, Premium or Business package).
- Non-Trading Trusts ($45/month): Financial statements and tax return for the trust, plus income tax returns for up to 2 shareholders. Includes tax planning and distribution minutes.
- Tiny ($25/month): Income tax return only for basic, non-trading entities.
- Property Monthly ($35/month): For rental properties, up to 2 properties included. (Each additional property is $15/month).
- Small Business Monthly ($150/month): For non-GST registered entities.
Recurring extras
- Extra shareholder tax returns ($10/month): for extra personal tax returns beyond the 2 included in an accounting package.
- Extra properties ($15/month): for any additional rental properties beyond the 2 included in the property package.
- Managed investments ($20/month): tax return add-on for those who have managed funds.
All accounting packages and recurring extras require a 12-month commitment, with the annual fee divided into 12 equal monthly payments.

Please note: some of these are already included in Premium or Business packages.
Tax filing
- Business Activity Statements ($85/month): BAS preparation and filing
- FBT Returns (from $900 annual/one-off, or from $40 per month): FBT preparation and filing
- Rental Property ($380 annual/one-off): rental schedule prepared. Price is per property.
Bookkeeping
- Bank Reconciliation (from $140/month): We reconcile your accounts twice a month
- Bookkeeping Hours (from $85/month): Pay-per-hour bookkeeping service.
- Payroll Hours (from $85/month): Pay-per-hour payroll and super processing.
Additional accounting support
- Audit Support (starting from $325/hour): Professional guidance and support during audits to ensure smooth processes.
- Accounting support (starting from $380/hour): Additional accounting or consultancy work. Examples include business valuations, financial due diligence, and cashflow forecasting.
Xero services
- Xero Training ($150 one-off): Comprehensive training on Xero for all skill levels, covering account management, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Xero Setup ($235 one-off): Assistance with setting up Xero, including account creation and bank feed setup.
- Xero setup & training no invoicing ($300 one-off): Setup and training excluding invoicing features, ideal for simplified accounting.
- Xero setup & training ($375 one-off): Complete setup and training on all Xero features, including invoicing.
- Xero Consultancy ($125/hour): Expert advice on optimising or tidying up your Xero file for your business needs.
Company
- Business name registration ($175 one-off)
- Company setup ($1200 one-off): Comprehensive setup assistance for new companies.
- Cessation (from $235 one-off): Complete service for winding down a business, including final annual returns.
Trusts
- Trust setup ($600 one-off): Setup of a trust
- Trust & Company Setup ($1500 one-off): Comprehensive setup of both a trust and a company
